agreed.  i noticed the same thing.

correct.  using the cms with sql server would require a tweaking of *all*
insert queries to remove the insertion of the data for the pk.  in addition,
the script for the sql server data architecture would have to identify the
pk columns as identity columns.

it's certainly a step in the right direction though.
