jeff, what file and where are you seeing the blockfactor at 100?

i'm looking at the article/act_article.cfm on weo and seeing:

<cfquery name="getarticle" datasource="#data#">
   SELECT content.contentid,
          content.contentname,
          content.body,
          content.synopsis,
          content.datemod,
....
</cfquery>

same thing on teo. where is the blockfactor set to 100?
