Until I can figure out why interMediaText will not run on the
production database server, I've switched the DBMS_LOB.INSTR call to a
new stored procedure call that I wrote.  The one advantage being that
the new stored procedure does case-insensitive searching.  It is
slower than the native Oracle call but hopefully not prohibitively so.

If anyone notices anything strange, let me know.
