As far as I knew, deo was running from the deo_html and includes
directories on leo.evolt.org. Hang on lemme check...

Yes, I just added a comment to the leo version and it came up on the live
site. I still can't access the stuff in the includes directory to fix
the problem. The permissions are still set to "mailman". Could someone
switch them back to "evolt" too.

I don't know anything about this. If they have been copied they're not the
ones in use right now.
