... is counting denied articles as well.
I have proof :)

user: insisaps
articles written: 1 (1 published, 1 denied)
average rating: 1.65

but the only approved article he has written has the rating of 2.29, and
since i know that the denied one was already receiving poor rating, that one
is obviously counting ...
