ok, how about the following:

a,b,br,dd,dl,dt,em,hr,i,li,ol,p,ul,strong

that should cover most anything anyone might wanna put in there, with the
exception of images (not sure we want those in there anyway.

i don't think i have direct access to weo so dan or rudy will probably need
to take care of that.
