the calculation currently happens at the time the new rating is inserted,
therefore occurring only once and not for every page view that displays
ratings/averages (that's the only smart way). the only thing is now, the
rating is done via a simple aggregate function, whereas doing something more
complicated will require some coldfusion logic and two trips to the
database.
