i can login.  i can see the lookup form and summary link.  clicking the link opens a new window with a list of categories.  clicking a category takes me to a page with a list of tips in that category.  clicking the id of the tip opens a new window and i get redirected to a login page.  logging in gives me the error:

You are not allowed to access this area.
---/Error---

using the lookup gives me this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.
