Yeah. All of our stuff has to interoperate with an old VAX system and a 
financial system that runs on terminal windows and an IFAS database. 
Plus, as a school district, we demand many things from our web apps that 
  aren't necessarily included in your off-the-shelf CMS.

This job-posting thing is really pretty simple, but when we're done with 
it, it's going to be part of a much larger application for requesting 
jobs, hiring people, tracking them through the system, etc.
