Update: I realized that NS 6 likes longhand for backgrounds.  I changed the
background: rule to use background-image, background-position, etc, and NS 6
Win seems happy again.  Now hopefully someone can point my nose in the right
direction for IE 5 Mac's odd behaviour on the inline LI background images...
