Just to make clear: even if you allow your products to be used in 
commercial environment, you are not charging for them?

If you are giving them away for free, why don't your relase them under 
some open source license?

And if you want to quickly add something there, have a look how others 
are licensing, for example Sam Stephenson's prototype

The license there has three parts:
- copyright (claim that, you are not giving your copyright away)
- grant permission for whoever to use the software however they want
- disclaimer of any responsibility
