Thanks for the interest. Alpha code is not yet shipping, but interest at 
the conference was significant.

Key concept: Your JavaScript work can easily be turned into a standalone 
application, in the Windows Start Menu or Apple Dock. One example we saw 
was Google Maps code, with persistently cached availability of favorite 
maps for offline reference. Lots more here.

The HTML/JS engine will be WebKit, chosen for size, code management, and 
opensource nature. If your pages work in Safari then they should render 
the same as standalone Apollo applications too.
