[Javascript] how to close external window

Hi 

is it possibility to close alert window via javascript??

example:if i open link http://SOMELINK/SOMEFILE.JPG browser opens dialog
window and ask mi what to do with this file (save or open or cancel) and i
wont to cancel this window using javascript (or maybe other script)
