[Javascript] Dare I mention Perl here?

I know this is the JavaScript list so I apologise for this post in advance, but I trust the fine people here.

Does anyone know of a Perl/CGI list as useful as this one? I need one tolerant of beginners questions and one where I might find someone to help develop a project.
