Matt,

	I think IE is getting confused by the fact that you've named
your variables the same thing as your HTML elements.

	http://easylistbox.com/wardenScript.html is a working version
with just a few alterations.

No, I'm not. I use them in Java, but I was unaware they were available
in Javascript.

Sure. I set up an example of the script, counting down to New Years Day
2005:

This one does not seem to exhibit the "osec has no properties" error.
However, it still does not work in IE/Win (not sure about IE/Mac).
