[Sysadmin] clock problem on weo?

just posted a comment on an article:

my clock here says it's ~ 16:40 BST, so that's ~ 15:40 UTC/GMT and I assume
~ 08:40 PDT where weo is.  Look at the time on the comment: 08:20.  Now,
unless Oregon is in one of these weird -20 mins timezones ... :)

Can we fix it please?  And is it poss to have it sync off an ntp source or
five and stop any future drift?
