[Sysadmin] Moving d.e.o

Hi Simon,

We're losing our current hosting and need to move d.e.o to a totally
new box.  We're working with the UK evolt.org group to move it to
their server.  What do we need to move for d.e.o?  Which
database/tables?  Is there anything special about the coding that we
need to watch out for?
