[Sysadmin] there can be only one...or possibly two...

We're missing 4) buy beefy and pay Jeff for a while.  I don't understand why 
a vote in theforum which has played out for days and then has carried with a 
majority should be passed back for further delay.  I'll wager the bulk of us 
in sysadmin voted anyway.  We voted to buy a big server, not two less 
capable ones.  Can we just get this done?
