actually, i have been wanting to setup (and learn) RT from

i was evaluating several different request tracking systems last year
for a project and i ended up using a hosted solution, just because the
no-setup aspect meant it was quicker to get going, but RT was the close
second choice.
since then RT has been adopted by CPAN [http://rt.cpan.org], the perl6
team [http://rt.perl.org/] and the IETF [http://rt.psg.com] (!) so i
guess i shoulda took a harder look :-)
