Go to www.theplanet.com

Click on "Portal Login" (at the top)

Select "Orbit" (from the resulting choice of hosting brands that ThePlanet 
has swallowed up over the years.

Your username is "neuro"

I assume that following the "Request Login Information" link on the login 
form will lead you someplace where you can have your password reset or 
mailed to you or something.
