[Sysadmin] Moving the lists

As long as nothing has changed since the last time we tried to make
the change, EveryDNS should already be ready to use tron as the
master.  You can check with him though.  You can take a look into the
bind configuration.  I don't know if I restored the tron configuration
but you should find everything in /home/dmah/tron
