[Sysadmin] Moving the lists

lists.evolt.org has been moved to tron.  If you notice any wackiness,
let me know.  I'll be taking a look at how easy it is to move css-d
next.

The DNS is being slaved off of tron and has been probably since we
last moved it.  I don't think that David U got my e-mail message about
changing back to tempest as the primary when we had the drive failure.
 Good thing we haven't made any DNS changes in the interim. ;)
Although it didn't really matter since both servers did not allow
everydns.net's zone transfer server to perform a zone transfer.  I
added the new IP address to /etc/bind/named.conf.options and transfers
have resumed.
