[Sysadmin] mailman whacked and slightly un-wedged, but still sputtering

Your first message to theforum was dropped by one of the filters.  I
am debugging that.  I have increased the number of incoming
connections to 50.  I've also sent up a cron job to kill hanging
(running for more than 10 minutes, wall clock time) qmail-smtpd
processes.
