Yup - on the back of their research, they're not pursuing a
consumer proposition.

But then again, all you need is the Handspring phone, plus
a Cellnet SIM, and a PPP account...

As I told them in my survey form, I don't understand what
service they're offering to be charging a monthly fee for.
