True.

But there are few things better than lightly steamed, cooked but still
crunchy broccoli. It's heavenly.

Straight into a stir-fry works pretty well, too, but you lose a lot of the
moisture.

I think broccoli cookery should be a mandatory workshop in high school. No
one should have to put up with brown, limp florets.
