Yes, I did.

Precis:  

1. The Army shot an Iraqi ambulance driver who was
trying to smuggle her back to a US checkpoint and nearly
killed her in the process.

2. *All* the footage of the "rescue" was faked.

They made a bloody convincing case on both counts.

The film was actually more generally about the PR machine
in operation throughout.  This bit took up about 10 mins
of it.
