There are times and places for everything, some parts of society are
acceptable more times than others, and it's also dependent on the place.
Admittedly, thechat's charter isn't exclusive of what's permissible to
discuss on itself, but the 'social' part of the description makes it clear -
at least to me - that it's not, and wasn't, necessarily intended to be a
list to be devoted to either a) politics and b) consistent posts on people's
pet peeves, which in your case appears to be United States foreign policy.

It appears things have to be made extra ultra clear to you.  Yes, I ACTUALLY
think that CNN and their various methods of output are BIASED.  Do you think
it *isn't*?
