that page doesn't exist and throws me into an infinite loop

not a big deal because probably no one but me navigates to the admin
archives, then replaces "admin" with "totc" to visit this week's totc
archives, and then replaces "totc" with "theforum" to visit the latest
theforum archives.

just wanted to point it out in case it's a quick fix.
