yes, that is a problem.

wrong.  take a look at the top and you'll see a <base> tag.  unfortunately
that tag messes up the common, short bookmark link.  that's why we try to
fabricate the link manually.  i'll take a look at only including the
"index.html" part if it's present in the url.
