Thank you Chris and Burhan

I would of course under normal circumstances choose a data driven enironment
:-)  But this site is hosted by someone else and can't be moved (at the
moment) and services are very limited,  SQL/asp or MySQL/php are just not
possible.  So I am stuck with flat html and client side script.

Given these restrictions and nothing that looks like an elegant solution I
am considering creating 25 pages with the different flavours applied (they
only vary in stylesheet) and explaining that updating will be tedious until
they move to a friendlier environment.

Unless of course anyone knows better!
