[thelist] html table defs.... page layout

hey...

I have a pretty basic question....

I'm trying to figure out how to build/create the following.....

         |submit|              |add item|  |delete item  |
         +------+              +--------+  +-------------+

I'd like to have the "submit", "add item", and "delete item" be on the same
line/area underneath the the 1st two tables.

I can somewhat create the structure for the table1, and table2 with the
up/down buttons. However, I can quite figure out how to actually get the
next row of items to appear correctly.

Any code samples/site examples would be helpful.... I'm looking for actual
HTML to get a feel for how tis should be structured/created...
