[thelist] Snapshotting a website?

Dear list,

A good friend of mine got burned with an online purchase worth nearly 
£1,000 (goods not as described).  He's entitled to a refund only 
because the store doesn't have some legal information it should do on 
their website.

These people have already proven to be devious, self-serving 
individuals and I have absolutely no doubt that they will simply paste 
the text in and claim it's always been there, rather than refund my 
friend the money he's entitled to.

Does anyone know of a good way I can verifiably "snapshot" their 
existing site, in case my friend should later need proof that it wasn't 
there?
