Neither would USD 185.00 for x-cart's base product. A quick glance at 
the feature list of each of these products indicates that you may well 
get what you pay for. I don't know x-cart well AT ALL, but it does have 
some very nice features, which for me, worked out of the box.

I have also found the support to be very good thus far.
