I am currently running a survey for a non-profit using PHPSurveyor . It has a quirky interface, but it is fairly comprehensive, and can be completely styled using templates, which means you could at least attempt to do a CSS based layout and get closer to making it accessible. This is a true survey tool though, NOT an anonymous polling tool. As others have mentioned, everyone seems to have good things to say about SurveyMonkey. I thought that it used tables for layout, which is one reason I hadn't looked at it much yet. http://www.phpsurveyor.org/ Ron -----Original Message----- From: thelist-bounces at lists.evolt.org [mailto:thelist-bounces at lists.evolt.org]On Behalf Of Bob Meetin Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2007 11:41 PM To: thelist at lists.evolt.org Subject: [thelist] open source survey tool any recommendations on an open source or low cost survey script (for a non-profit)?
