If you've met with them that much, then you should have a fairly
decent idea of the basics of the site. It doesn't matter who will
update what, you just know you need to provide that functionality.

Give them an estimate that outlines the basics of the site, but
include a section that clearly explains that any additional work or
functionality that is not defined in your estimate is an enhancement,
and will require an additional quote.
