Have you looked at Yahoo's Overture keyword search tool? I just went to it
for the first time in a year or so and it is very changed, you now have to
start by clicking on the Sign Up -> I'll set up my own account -> until you
get to the Choose Keywords page where you enter one or more search terms,
click on "related keywords" and it suggests related terms as well as the
estimated monthly searches you can expect on each set of keywords. I think
they are talking about searches on Yahoo only, so you can assume it is a
much more popular search term on google.

You used to be able to just use this tool without acting like you are about
to set up an account, but oh well!

Hi gang,

I'm working through some SEO stuff and had an idea as I am sitting here
pondering which search terms to suggest that my client use for PPC

Does anybody know of a list/resource where I can ask something like the

"If I was to ask you to look for resources for selling a home yourself in
the Augusta, Georgia market, which keywords would you search on? Think
impulsively here and give me the first terms that pop into your head."

The idea is that I would then get hundreds of people telling me what term
they'd impulsively use if they were looking for that "thing" I described.

Anybody heard of such a tool?
