Aside from the fact that I have bought a couple items on ebay, I'm an 
absolute novice with ebay, so bear with me.

One of my customers has asked me to set up an ebay store for his 
business.  What I propose to do is:

1) sign up as a seller with my login id
2) place my credit card on file
3) get my ID verified or pass if it will accept my paypal account
4) subscribe to ebay store
5) configure and test the store

If all works fine, attempt to convert the personal/business info from me 
to my client's and reconfigure the store as necessary, . 

* To any of you who have some ebay experience, is it doable to set up 
the store as me then transfer ownership as such to my client?  Why am I 
looking at doing it this way? - my client is 'busy' and doesn't want to 
get involved in the process until it's done.
