Have you considered UstreamTV?

I film a rock band's live streaming video shows, comedy plus music, every
Saturday night at 5PM. There is a massive amount of data from a loud rock
band, with webcam effects filters and I move the webcam fast, up in the air,
etc.

Never been any problems for live viewers or achiving shows.
