[Javascript] Top navigation bar with frames

Hi JS guru's,

I have another problem that I hope to solve with your assistance.
My site consists of two frames (top frame for navigation, lower frame for
data).
I would like to place a "top navigation bar" in the top frame. On mouseover
the
submenus should scroll down into/over the lower frame.
Until now I haven't been able to find a Java script that lets me do this.
Does anyone know of a good script?
