[Javascript] Netscape 2x and cookies

Hi!
I made a page that use cookies to pass the data between documents, 
this page is working in all netscape browsers except Netscape 2.02.
I tried the document downloaded on my server because I know that 
using the document in my hard drive was not good because Netscape 
doesn't allow to write or read cookies from the hard drive.
I cannot think at anything else because I know that the setting and 
getting function are right.
Does someone knows the possible reason of this problem??
