[Javascript] Code to create virtual domains.

Thanks for the suggestions!  I'm running the watered-down IIS5 that comes
with W2K Pro Workstation.  It doesn't seem to support multiple webs - that
is I can't see how to add them.  I guess I'll just have to suck it up and
buy W2K Server or I think I can do it with FOXISAPI.  Thanks, again.
