Just set the URL of the remote page as your frame's page.  Some caveats, though.  If the remote page is also a frameset, you could get into some significant visibility issues.  If the remote page has a framebuster script, you cannot (to my knowledge) override it.  If the remote page is copyrighted (or even if not), you could end up in violation of copyright (and legally liable) by presenting the page in your frame and representing it as your material.  
The mechanics are relatively simple; the design issues can be a bit more difficult; and the ethical considerations can be profound.

Me too. Moreover we shoud have a plug-in, moreover we need to learn a new
language to do the SAME final visual effect we can do using Java/DHTML (some
people say Flash is java-compatible... ;);) etc So why Flash?).
By the way, do you know Barn, how can I load an off-site page within a local
frame and also support my local (left) window ok?
