[Javascript] Loading two frames on one link

[Filipiak, Bob (Contractor)]

Need a little more specific details but the link could use a query string
appended to the URL and the targeted page would have to use server side
script to read the query string.

This is really and HTML question.

Is there any way to change information in two frames using one Hyperlink?

I need to do this without using client-side scripting.
