Andrew,

	I didn't get anything but a blank black page (no Flash, no links, no
fullscreen popup), but a look at the code shows that the author is using a
fairly standard concept:  the chromeless window, achieved by using the Popup
object available in later versions of IE.  You can learn the basics of the
popup at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/objects/popup.asp
, and there's more to be had by searching for "popup" at msdn.microsoft.com.
