This thread has been entertaining but I have to break in and interject 
this one point.
If I recall correctly a majority of the time spent in the Antitrust 
trial was both sides arguing about the intention of making the browser 
a part of the OS.  Maybe you're a Microsoft engineer and you know to 
what extent previous releases of Windows and future releases are 
integrated.  But, there is no mistaking the fact that Microsoft wasn't 
trying to prove they hadn't integrated the browser into the OS but what 
were there intentions.

Do you work for Microsoft and know they don't do things like this on 
purpose or are you speculating?  The evidence speaks for itself!
