Is there any way we could test it out (URL) and maybe some others can
reproduce the problem, if a client said something 'suddenly stopped
working', I would have to ask them more information such as does an error
message get generated (lower right-hand corner), does it stop working after
a certain number of uses, etc, etc...
That sounds like something my a particular persion I know would say when
he's having a problem and it's like pulling teeth to get to the root of the
actual problem.

Subject: [Javascript] Toolbar Menu
Hello,
I'm using a tool to create a menu that uses DHTML. My customer is being
having a problem with it: the links suddenly stops to work. I'm not able to
reproduce the problem. He is using IE6+w2k and I'm using IE6+WinXP.
I would like to create a very simple menu. Is there any tip / sample / tool
/ code or anything else that can help me about this issue?
Is it possible to create a menu without DHTML?
Thanks in advance,
