No - admins have to manually change the date before launch. Sadly, we 
forget far too often, resulting in a post-launch 'damn, forgot the

I'm a bit ambivalent about this - I can see we may have problems where 
users change their comments and then claim "I didn't say that!" but I 
don't *think* we've seen it.

Note that in the current system, this is not an 'all admins' function - 
there's a subset role known as godmin.

Consider it similar to workflow - for external view, the same as 
deletion, but without losing data. Presently, users are deactivated if 
they don't log in for ages (can't remember how long) and reactivating 
is a godmin task.
