Web Dev is a far to rapid-changing and creative field to have
Certifications mean *anything*.

Any developer worth their salt will have real-world examples of what
they can do, which will always be their ticket for any given job and
its requirements.

I could see degrees in Computer Sciences, MIS, Communications and
Marketing as being the best paper-based qualifiers for Web workers, but
I am NOT degreed, and do not believe that such broadly-recognized
degrees mean anything accept that the holder has proved that they can
accomplish something when they put their mind to it.
