Well there are to primary types of flash content generation beyond manually
doing everything yourself. You can use flash and flash assets in
conjunction with actionscript and another extern web language to control and
load elements into your flash movie.. or you can use third party swf
generator to create flash elements and files for you. Personally the third
party solutions are good.. and perfect for certain jobs, but you can do a
heck of a lot with just databases, actionscript and a web scripting language.
Flash MX has the built in ability to load raw image and sound files.. and
with shared libraries and such you can really build a truly dynamic
application. Loading your sound file is very very easy. You just use the
load movie command.. point to a dummy MC or use the sound object.. and
that's about it. The sound will be loaded and can be controlled.. and even
replaced later if needed. I have extensive Flash actionscript experince
since version 2, feel free to buzz me for more help if needed.

Cheers.
