[thelist] WinXP SP2 and content-type

Hi everyone,

I don't have XP's SP2 installed <naughty me!> but some students I work
with have experienced problems uploading files to the W3C validator
after SP2 -- they get an error message saying the file's content type
is plain/text even with a file extension of .htm or .html and a
content-type META tag.

Can anyone confirm this? I presume that uploaded files with extension
.htm/.html should be sent as HTML. Has this changed in IE/SP2?
